Our Search Process
A good job search begins with an accurate self-assessment. You present yourself to us with a realistic evaluation of your strengths and search objectives.

Following is a brief overview of what our search process entails once you contact us:
Upon submitting your current resume with additional information clarifying your objectives, your information is entered into our proprietary database;
You become an "active" candidate as soon as we are engaged in a specific search assignment where we perceive a potential fit;
At this point, we conduct an in-depth interview to drill down on specific job qualifications and your related interests and skills;
If this opportunity is a good match, we submit your resume (with your permission) to our client;
We facilitate feedback throughout the process and assist you through the final negotiations.
